Rentals

Our Rental Items fall into two categories:

• Easily Transportable Items - These items are easy to transport and can be picked up and set up by both event professionals and non-professionals.

• Examples include votive candles, small vases, and flameless candles.

• Large Items & Custom Designed Installations - These items require a professional to deliver, set up, break down, and retrieve.

• Examples include large vases or urns, flower walls, and ceremony structures.

• If these items are part of a larger design being created by an event pro that you’ve hired, that professional must rent these items directly from CLF, and their usage must be approved.

• If a non-event professional wishes to rent a larger item, delivery, setup, breakdown, and retrieval by a CLF professional may be required, and usage needs to be approved.
